Carson LOVES playing in the snow! Once in a while his gloves would fall off (or he would pull them off) and he would start screaming once his hands got in the snow! So I would warm up his hands in mine and put the gloves back on and he would just go on playing for another 15-20 minutes until it would happen again! He threw a fit when it was time to go inside! He's such a silly boy!

Blizzard of 2011
Of course I left all of the kids snow clothes in Utah and we get a huge storm here in Georgia! We never get snow! Before the storm even started, school was canceled the next day, and a code white was called at work. Luckily I got out of work just in time. It started snowing around 10:30pm, and when I left work at 11:40pm there was probably 4 inches already! It was slow to get home... but I made it! So happy I wasn't stuck at work and thankful to all the nurses that were! The kids have had so much fun in the snow! So now we are going on the 4th day of school being canceled and we got about 6 inches of snow. In Utah, they would not have even blinked an eye, but here, we probably have 6 snow plows for the whole state! The freeways are now getting plowed, but all the side roads and subdivisions are aweful! It melts to slush during the day, and the roads are an ice rink at night! It's crazy! Brad hasn't been to school since December 13th. He's had strep twice in that time, we were in Utah, a snow day from the ice storm when we left, and now day 4 of school canceled! Hoping they can go back on Friday! I have cleaned out lots of closets, bedrooms, gone through clothes, the medicine cabinet, updated my blog (finally) and had lots of junk food! It's been a great having a break and just being stuck at home... but now I'm ready to get back out!

How fun! My brother lives in Columbus and they were laughing at how it's like an emergency there when it snows. I love your house!
